I do so like a nice project. 

And this is definitely one of those.

Pretoria CBD. 399 flats to be operated by City Property. Rather large retail section as well.

Site inspection this morning and took this pick. Things still slow on the services side, but it will soon have us running around like headless chicken

Good week for stargazers
